Stephanie Piza began her career at CAA where she worked in the digital talent and brand partnership department. She then joined Big Frame, a full service talent management company focused on digitally native talent, as a manager.
Stephanie spent over a year at Big Frame before later joining newly formed Flip Management. She has established herself as one of the premier deal makers in the digital space. As the state of entertainment shifted, she saw an opportunity in the digital landscape, specifically building out digitally native talent and helping them grow 360 businesses.
Stephanie’s goal is to lift the voices of people of color by helping cultivate their visions and expanding their reach. Some of her clients include Vine phenom turned comedian Jay Versace, Jc Caylen, Joanne the Scammer and Buzzfeed creator Freddie Ransome.
Carla has a diverse background that spans multiple disciplines from government, supply chain to consumer marketing. Working with Fortune 500 brands to tech startups she quickly learned that the future of marketing lies within entertainment.
For the past ten years she has focused on brokering partnerships with brands and entertainment properties. Working at EQAL, an entertainment tech startup, she helped tech companies like Airbnb, Poshmark and Instacart find digital celebrity partnerships. When EQAL was a acquired she continued to sell digital talent deals as a consultant. CAA took note, and brought her in to work on digital brand partnerships with their influencer and traditional talent.
Lastly, she learned the ins and outs of the marketing agency world by joining UEG –Edelman, an agency focused on partnering brands with strategic entertainment properties. There she worked with brands from Toyota to SC Johnson on entertainment rights and partnerships.
Desiree Ansari’s passion for entertainment and diverse representation, along with her skills in business and management, have fueled her ability to identify new opportunities and develop and execute high impact initiatives for clients.
Her experience in management, most recently at Blended Strategy Group (BSG), where she managed a roster of beauty influencers, as well as brand partnerships for their celebrity clientele. Prior to BSG, she served as Personal Assistant to Eva Longoria where she oversaw social media and digital initiatives, managed brand partnerships, and supported a variety of Ms. Longoria’s business ventures.

Britton earned a degree in journalism with a focus in advertising and marketing from Howard University. Britton has extensive experience in brand and lifestyle licensing from his time spent at Creative Artist Agency and Endeavor, respectively.
